  Presto™ 96 well Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit는 혈청, 혈장, 체액 및 바이러스 감염 세포 배양 상청액과 같은 무세포 시료에서 고품질의 바이러스 DNA 및 바이러스 RNA를 고처리량으로 정제하도록 설계되었습니다. 세제와 카오트로픽 염은 바이러스를 용해하고 비활성화하는 데 사용됩니다.

각 웰의 효율적인 유리 섬유는 HBV, CMV, HCV, HIV 및 HTLV와 같은 다양한 DNA 및 RNA 바이러스의 핵산 정제에 최적화되어 있습니다. 200µl의 혈청에서 60분 이내에 10E1-10E9 카피의 바이러스 DNA/RNA를 정제할 수 있습니다. 정제된 바이러스 DNA/RNA는 qPCR 및 qRT-PCR 분석에 바로 사용할 수 있습니다.
